Iron Heart's low top sneakers feature uppers made from their signature 21oz selvedge denim and are kiln-fired vulcanized at the legendary Moonstar factory in Kurume, one of only three remaining factories in Japan that are able to undertake this method of production. The vulcanization process involves heating the rubber in a kiln and then adding sulphur to manipulate the chemical elements of the rubber.
